House of waine is located in Karen, a suburb of Nairobi,
on a 2.5 acre of land that blends the elegance of gracious
living with the spirit of modern Africa in an exclusive
and serene setting. It was originally built in the 1970's
as a private home. It was acquired by its present owners,
a local family, and carefully refurbished over two and a
half years resulting in the unique boutique property that
exists today. The name of the House bears all the initials
of the family combined in order of age to form the word
‘Waine’.

house is only 2 kms away from the Karen Blixen Museum.
